Camden, Chowan, eastern Currituck, gates, Hertford,
Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, and western Currituck. In
Virginia, Chesapeake, Gloucester, Greensville,
Hampton/Poquoson, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, Newport
News, Norfolk/Portsmouth, Southampton, Suffolk, Surry, Sussex,
Virginia Beach, and York.

* Until 6 PM EST this evening

* rain... occasionally falling moderate at times into early this
afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts today will average from
0.5 inches to 1 inch, producing storm total rainfall amounts
from 1.0 to 2.0 inches.

* Runoff from this rainfall could cause flooding along streams,
creeks and eventually rivers, as well as urban areas.
