... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 800 PM CST for
south central Choctaw and northwestern Clarke counties...

At 328 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Four to seven inches of rain have
fallen across the warned area. Flash flooding is already in progress
and water is still rising.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Silas and Coffeeville.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

northwestern Clarke County in southwestern Alabama...

* until 415 PM CST.

* At 120 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to numerous
showers and thunderstorms. 1 to 3 inches of rain has already
fallen across the advisory area and an additional 1 to 2 inches is
likely. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Silas, Coffeeville, Gilbertown and Toxey.
