... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 11 PM this evening to
5 PM MST Friday...

* what... moderate to heavy snow rates expected at times tonight
through Friday afternoon. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 14
inches with locally higher amounts on favored terrain. Lower
elevations of the Roaring Fork... Frying Pan and white rivers 4
to 8 inches with locally higher amounts.

* Where... in Utah, eastern Uinta Mountains. In Colorado, Gore
and Elk Mountains/Central Mountain valleys and Flat Tops.

* When... from 11 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Friday.

* Additional details... travel will become very difficult to
impossible at times. These hazardous Road conditions could
impact the morning or evening commute. A detailed map of the

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
