... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 5 PM MST Friday...

* what... moderate to heavy snow rates expected at times through
Friday afternoon. Total snow accumulations of 14 to 28 inches
with locally higher amounts on favored slopes of the southern
San Juans. 10 to 20 inches with locally higher amounts on
favored slopes over the northern San Juans.

* Where... San Juan Mountains.

* When... through 5 PM MST Friday.

* Additional details... travel will become very difficult to
impossible at times. These hazardous Road conditions could
impact the morning and evening commute. Power lines could be
impacted by the persistent moderate to heavy snowfall rates. A

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.
