The National Weather Service in Caribou has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 9 am to 8 PM EST Thursday. The
high wind watch is no longer in effect.

* Winds... south 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing... Thursday into Thursday evening.

* Impacts... strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Numerous power outages may result.
