the Flood Warning continues for
the Medina River at Hwy 281.
* At 8:15 PM Saturday the stage was 13.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage Saturday night and continue to rise to near 23.5
feet Sunday afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by early
Monday morning.
* Impact... at 24.0 feet... moderate lowland flooding floods secondary roads and
bridges making them dangerous to traffic.

the Medina River at Lacoste.
* At 8:45 PM Saturday the stage was 18.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage early Sunday
monring.
* Impact... at 19.0 feet... moderate lowland flooding threatens homes and
businesses near Von Ormy. Many secondary and primary roads and low bridges in
the flood plain are flooded and very dangerous.

the Medina River at Somerset.
* At 8:45 PM Saturday the stage was 11.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage early Sunday and continue to rise to
near 19.4 feet late Sunday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
early Sunday afternoon.
* Impact... at 18.0 feet... minor flooding threatens buildings in campground at
confluence of Medina River and medio creek.

the San Antonio River near Elmendorf.
* At 8:30 PM Saturday the stage was 25.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by Sunday evening and continue to rise to
near 36.3 feet late Sunday evening. The river will fall below flood stage
by Monday morning.
* Impact... at 35.0 feet... minor lowland flooding inundates crop and pastureland
below San Antonio to below Floresville.
