* locations... Charleston, Beaufort and coastal Colleton.

* Wednesday morning coastal flood impacts... one to two feet of
saltwater inundation above ground level is possible in low-lying
areas near shorelines and tidal waterways (7.7 to 8.1 feet mean
lower low water). Significant saltwater inundation will render
numerous roads impassable. Properties may also flood.

* Timing... the high tides will occur around 8:30 to 9:00 am
Wednesday. Saltwater inundation will be possible 1 to 2 hours
before and after high tide.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property before
flooding develops. If travel will be required, prepare for closed
roads.


Time of high total tides are approximate to the nearest hour.
