6 am CST Wednesday...

* what... a mixture and rain and snow, turning to all snow in the
evening. Possibly changing to freezing drizzle before ending.
Snowfall accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with the higher amounts
over Greenwood, Cowley and Elk counties. Very little ice
accumulation.

* Where... southeast Kansas.

* When... from noon Tuesday to 6 am CST Wednesday.

* Additional details... plan on snow covered roads and slick Road
conditions during the evening. The hazardous conditions will
likely impact the evening commute.
