The Flood Warning continues for
the Arkansas River at Toad Suck lock and dam tailwater.
* From Wednesday evening to Saturday afternoon... or until the warning
is cancelled.
* At 9:00 am Tuesday the stage was 273.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 275.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 275.5 feet by
Thursday early afternoon.
* Impacts at 275.0 feet... Mobile homes in The Toad suck community on
the right descending bank near the State Highway 60 bridge are
threatened.
